Stop-Motion Animation Workshop | 11.06.2016
Sat.- 10.00–14.00
The stop-motion animation workshop for children is a combination of a great lesson about film and photography and entertaining family fun. Each child will have a chance to bring their favorite toy or any other object to life, and perform in the cutscene with it. During the process of creating the animation, parents’ help is essential! We will start with a precise explanation of how cartoons were created before the era of computer graphics, and then watch several short films, using additional material to work out how they were made. We will prepare a set for each animation and meticulously take photos. After the lunch break, parents and children will watch a finished, quickly assembled animation, with music and special effects. Each family will receive the final animation as a gift!
